Ripped – tattered – weathered – torn,
in this condition some might scorn.
Many years since it’s been sold,
now it lays here being OLD!
Tape it up or throw away?
Its final fate should we delay?
Impossible to reinvent,
though can it be still relevant?
Perhaps in life this is the case,
to string it out or leave with grace.
Before deciding take a pause,
don’t throw us out for just “because.”
