I found and old friend – from way long ago,
connecting again and getting to know,
how we evolved from much younger years,
and sharing the stories of some of our peers.
He was a good friend – a best one for sure,
with ongoing time we still will endure.
Whatever’s to come – he’ll be there for me,
as I’ll be for him – whatever will be.
