Had a Colonoscopy, guess so now that I can see, exactly where the “sun don’t shine,” secrets now that aren’t all mine. Got some photos of what’s there, maybe show them everywhere? My best insides and with style, all that’s missing is a smile.

Pigging out on Carmel Corn, half bag gone and it’s still Morn. Tell myself – and luckily, same food group as Broccoli. With that in mind I carry on, to eat it all – a  marathon. Now ripped with sugar and to boot, when I’m all done – it makes me poop.
