Certain people make me mutter,
but the winner is the “Cutter.”
On the road or in the mall,
they’re most maddening of them all.
Wish there was a “Cutter Hook,”
forever there to overlook,
and pluck the culprits from their spot,
and drop them in a vat of snot!
